Meet Jess & Erica

Hi everyone, we’re Jess and Erica and we are the faces behind Cocoa & Crumbs!

We both had a dream that one day we would have our own business and in 2021 that dream finally came true!

We are both qualified patisserie chefs based in Melbourne and have a passion for baking and decorating cakes and desserts. We specialise in wedding cakes and it is our aim to help make your day a special one! We also cater for every other event including birthdays, baptisms, corporate events and more! With our eye to detail, creativity and artistic skills we strive to make all products with high quality and sophistication.

We truly adore our job and love to see our customers leave with happy smiles!

Pickups and deliveries
Pickups are available from our registered home business in the northern suburbs in Melbourne.
We can also provide a delivery service for all orders. If you’re interested in delivery, please include the address in your enquiry form.

We provide over the phone consultations to discuss all details for your wedding or any other event Please enquire to make an appointment.

Pickups and deliveries only

• Cocoa & Crumbs does not take responsibility for the storage and transport of cakes once it has been picked up or delivered. Any requests for changes being made to cakes/desserts must be made a minimum of one week prior and may result in further charge.
• Orders below $100 are to be paid in full via bank transfer once order is placed.
• Orders above $100 require a 50% non-refundable deposit via bank transfer when order is placed. The balance is to be paid a minimum of 8 business days prior to pickup/delivery via bank transfer.
• Any cancellations result in a 40% refund if paid in full.

If you require to postpone your order due to COVID-19 or any other circumstance, please let us a minimum of 8 business days prior to the order date. If we haven’t started your order we can simply postpone, however if we have started your order a further charge may apply.

Cake Storage:
Cake is required to be refrigerated at all times but is recommended to take it out 1 hour before to serve at room temperature. We advise that cake and desserts are to not be consumed if they have been at room temperature for longer than 4 hours. If cake and desserts have been kept in room temperature for less than 2 hours, it can be consumed for the following 5 days but must remain being stored in a refrigerator.

Cake Transport:
Keep cake on a flat surface when transporting, preferably on the front seat flooring or in the boot. Turning corners and braking/accelerating should be taken slower to eliminate damages.
